Originally, I got in touch to view a lovely flat, Joseph and Scott were very helpful, booked me in and I met Scott at the property. He was friendly, explained the process clearly and once he realised I was interested, he sent the form very shortly after. I filled it in within 15 minutes and then, Mia kindly took over and informed me that I was in the running for securing the flat. I sent all the necessary information and then Mia provided me with the great news.
